Stephanie Vongue Whack is a strategist, systems thinker, and founder with more than ten years of practice in workplace domestic violence programs, nonprofit restructuring, and public‑sector technical assistance. Her work sits at the seam between policy and operation — where compliance meets care, and where structure determines whether a program serves the people it claims to.

The practice is shaped, equally, by lived experience. That proximity is not a footnote in our work; it is part of the rigor. It is what allows us to read a system quickly, to see where it bends, and to design what it should become.
